It is rightly said that one who works silently is not valued much. Similarly our legs and feet bear the maximum weight of our body, but are the most ignored part. It is also rightly said that your legs and feet talk a lot about your nature and personality.
Padabhyangam involves massaging of lower legs, feet, and ankles. It is a stimulating and soothing massage that prevents cracking, numbness, cramps of the areas, and relieves fatigue. It prevents contraction of the ligaments and muscles around the feet and legs.
As the foot is the site of all nerve endings, massaging the foot’s various points harmonizes the entire system of the human body.
