A 24-hour cancellation notice is required to help us reschedule your appointments subject to space availability. The therapies are generally recommended as a course for 7, 14, 21 or 28 days for better effect.
A prior booking and scheduling needs to be done for every session to avoid disappointment and confusion. Clients are expected to report to the Centre at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time. One day prior notice should be given for cancellation or rescheduling of the appointments. Local taxes applicable the rate list is subject to revision without notice. Thapovan request a minimum of 24-hours notice for cancellations prior to the scheduled session. Missed appointment/no-show fee may apply for appointments that are cancelled without enough notice. Kindly arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a full ayurveda therapy session.
You may cancel your appointment without charge anytime before the close of business on the business day preceding your appointment. Same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service. Once a written or verbal booking has been accepted by Thapovan Ayurveda, the client will have entered into an agreement to have treatment, based on these Terms and Conditions.
The fee for the treatment will be deemed due accordingly. The term ‘treatment’ is used for sessions of all therapies detailed on Thapovan Ayurveda’s website .If for any reason a treatment is cancelled by the client within less than 24 hours notice, the full treatment price remains due for the reserved time slot.
If at the time of cancellation the client re-books the session for another available time, only half of the treatment price for the missed time slot will be charged.
This fee is payable within 7 days or at the next session, whichever is earlier. We do not offer refunds on payments or deposits made to reserve ayurvedic therapy, or any ayurvedic services. No refunds will be provided for deposits or money paid on cancellations done less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. No cancellation calls will be entertained. Only a written mail for cancellation as per our policies will be considered for refund.
Cancellations received more than 1 week prior to the scheduled event are eligible for a 50% refund, and cancellations received less than 1 week prior to a scheduled event are eligible for a 25% refund. The owner(s) reserve the right to make the final decision on any and all refunds issued.
